There are several shops in the Pittsburgh area that either carry them regularly or can special order them for you.

I know elmers can get them and usually has them in stock. I'm in Conneaut Lake tho. I don't mind the drive, I've been down there before, it's where I grew up. But it would honestly be cheaper for me to ship them than pay for gas.

There are a few ships up here that I know of. But no one can get them, or so I'm told by the owners. And I can't find any other fish shops around here. It would 've worth it if I could find a shop within 50 miles of me to drive and get.

+1 on Imperial. I just got 2 Gts for $22 with the free shipping from them. I would say you would be pushing it if you are more than 3 or 4 states away though. They're in Northern Florida and I am in South Florida and they traveled for about 2 days and a half. They did arrive very healthy despite the travel time and USPS sticking them in the mailbox instead of bringing them to the door :(

Here's the bigger one of the 2 the day it arrived, this is right after acclimation, had these colors in the bag!

Here it is today (2 weeks later)

I love how he/she is turning out, it has put on some amazing size in 2 weeks, the pictures don't do it justice.

I also did some research for you and alot of people seem to be receiving packages from FL to PA in 2-3 days via USPS. Give Imperial a try and i think you'll be able to get them in good health. GTs are also very hard to come across down here in South Florida so i feel your pain and desperation. Some states are lucky enough (or unlucky, in the fish's case) to have them in Petsmarts lol. Anyway, You can't go wrong for 2 for $22 and free shipping :nilly:
