well as bolty said its about 6inches
and the breeding seems long and pointy and head seems to be forming a bump so this leans me towards male

Almost certainly a male. The first pic you posted is a great example of their juvenile vertical barring starting to break. Eventually most of those bars will fade, and the very distinct 'jaguar' pattern will replace them. Also be aware that nuchal humps are not a good way to sex jags. Most do not get them at all.
