Would you sell this fish?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The reason I sold it is because of a new addition to my family (birth of my daughter). My schedule got too busy plus the person offered me mucho $$$ :D. It's cool for the odo because it went from a 180 g tank to a 500 g tank. I still have an odo......an 8" female.

hell no:screwy:

I think u did well given your circumstances the fish got a better home and u got a good price and u get to spend time with your baby i think it's a win win for u sell the female to the same guy and get some fry back and grow out another black nasty.

I sold it as a pair but he only wanted the male but he paid me for my asking price for the pair so it was cool.

I agree, but I think what you really mean is "Everyone has a price" ;)

:naughty: True. Fishes I've sold because of the $$$ involved. I never thought I would sell them until I heard the offer.

It's very easy to get blinded by $$$, the problem is you spend it in a day and it's all gone compared to keeping your fishes for years.

Agreed, but then you think farther ahead...

that glass box with water... what used to be in it. Whats in it now ;)

Think of what you wouldn't have now, if you didn't make room way back then.

Hey Gani, you just let me know when you are ready to add that pretty little COBRA to this list. Im willing to pay the same ammount I gave to Gary for my Lenticulata. Just a thought.
Sick lookin Haitiensis man!! Just a brawler I bet. I still have 5 of the 7 I grabbed from Gary and they are growing nicely. Are these guys fast growers like doviis or slower like festaes?

wow!!!

But sometimes you just want something new. Did you raise him to that size? I would love to acquire an odo that big.

The fish I've owned so far in the 12-13" range have been a jag, midas, and trimac. So for me, I would keep my hands on a nasty that size for a while...
