Yes I would be furious too if I saw someone's dogs overlapping my seat !

.....and those dogs belonged to an adult,not some thoughtless child or teen.

A child wouldn't have a issue but would have flight attendant address that with the parent or guardian.

That's a seat that someone paid good money for and in my perfect world the owner of that pair of feet would have been reminded of that by being removed from the plane.
