I seen these in LFS not just being sold as food.

I think they are bred to be like this. How else would LFS have them?

I think they were $25 manager was not even sure as to what they were. Now after seeing this pic posted on our local forum I see the same thing I saw that day. He said they were some type of bass I did not beileive it. He also had no eye sun fish. I don't know what the hell that's about.

They are probably farmed here and being snuck out. The people doing that are sick.

Our LFS's sell so many types of fish that are illegal to own or sell. It's pretty sad.
Here I don't think LFS can sell native fish and I dont think we are allowed to keep them. Most of these stores don't give a crap about laws. In most LFS's you can count at least a handful of fish that are illegal to sell and own. I don't know how they get away with it. Im not the world police so I just ignore it. I don't buy from these places anymore though. They don't deserve my money.
