i have Rena air 50 for my sponge filter..this thing all of suddenly runs low on air..now my sponge filter doesnt have enough air to pump!! This air pump has been in my tank for only 2 weeks. has anyone has problem with this product?

If your tank is that dirty you may want ot consider another filter 
...

Is this on a deep tank?
Setting under the tank?
It may have too much head pressure, so it would work in the beginning but wear out fast.
If it's below the tank try raising it to water level (tho it may be too late for this one)
Also if a pump has to be below the tank always use a quality check valve (look inside, if you see a spring it's good, if you see a 'V' shaped thing (they will eventually leak) find one with a spring).
