I'm in the same boat. I recently read an article about foods that increase your chance of stroke, and my ENTIRE diet from the day I was born was on there. It was a real eye opener and I've decided to try and change my diet, but it is NOT easy, I've already had two "farewell pastramis" since reading the article two weeks ago![]()
my wife recently bought a pack of pastrami from the grocery store. you get like 4-5 sandwiches worth out of the pack and it costs only $6. i finished the last bit of it last week. that will be my last pastrami sandwich for a while.
it's hard for me too as i love food that is bad for you. and i hate a lot of food that is good for you. but again, just sick of looking at myself and feeling unhealthy.
i'm gonna take a picture of myself tonight and keep it. by next summer i'll take another picture and post the before and after. i want to lose weight slowly because i don't want a lot of loose skin. i seen people lose weight too fast and there's too much access skin
