So if my irresponsible neighbor lets their cat into my yard and my dog kills it, we should ban dogs? The python owner is however at least as responsible as the feline owner. Letting a large Burmese run loose outside is just as stupid, if not more so.

:iagree: finally someone else in the world with a brain that thinks for him/her self thanks for the right and accurate comment for this story SimonL

LOL classic daily mirror.
It is a true story though.

I say tough luck to the cat owners. They have their cat free roaming outside going into other peoples gardens and crapping everywhere, destroying native wildlife.
No one complains when they get hit by a car (you don't even legally have to brake to not run over them, like dogs).

It's sad to lose a pet, but personally I think people who keep cats and let them free roam outside are being irresponsible in the first place. Bit odd to have a burm wandering around in your garden without supervision.
100% agree plus the snake could get loose and cause furter trobble and bad press. Cat owners-70% guilt
snake owners-30% guilt

Awww.. Poor kitteh.. But wat was the cat doing in the neighbors yard? It probobly knew there was a snake there.. Cats fault

Yes, that is how snakes usually eat.

Lucky for me, we have a cat that is scared crapless to go outside, so there's no chance she'll ever be, oh, I don't know, eaten by a Burmese python.
