Yep been there. Just do a water change and keep you filters rinsed out. You should be fine in a day or so.

Its a nightmare because I've removed ornaments and fish, then thought it would be easy, now its just brown murk lol.

Biggest mistake I made is not having replacement water ready, so I can't even do a change without rushing things

Looks a lot better. Lol, It will clear up in a day or so. With that much gunk stirred up I would still do a water change just a soon as you can with out rushing it as you said.

is that fishing line in the first picture? if so I question your methods of taking your fish out of the tank. tell me you at least use barbless hooks

Never skip gravel cleaning... or four hour long cleaning sessions will still not be enough to get rid of the crud....
