Cool... I've never caught a peacock bass for some reason.

I have been living in Miami for roughly 1.5 yrs and yet to catch a PB. I have caught every type of sunfish there is -channel cats- Talipia-big Cichlid (dont know what it was think Mayan and assorted bass but never a peacock.

I have seen them but never caught one. I am close to jumping in after one lol

You should go on a bass trip to the everglades for pbass and lmb. They have guides there I think.
