I'm sure you could take it to a horologist. They should be able to replace the face.

Thats why I made sure to buy a watch while I was there. It was actually made by a French company called Davis though.

I could, but the black circles on the face are actually painted on the inside of the glass, so it would take a little more effort than just cutting a piece of glass to size....might be expensive.

If you want to make an investment in a time piece, there are only a few that will actually retain their value for the sake of resale -- go ROLEX.
