Wrong Shipment ID

Bought this at around 5cm as vieja breidohri but turn out to be other when it reaches 3". Yet the supplier refuse to acknowledge the mistake.

Look like fene to me. Anyone can confirm whether I am right? Hope is not hybrid in the end.
