I tried that, but the room temp is close to 90 degrees so the fan is just blowing hot air. Putting an A/C in the room would be ok but I don't want to leave it on 24/7, especially if I go away for a few days. The way I see it, the chiller might only turn on for a few minutes at a time because it's rated for tanks three times the size of the one I would be using it for. So it will use less electricity than an A/C that's always running. Plus, the price is so good, I can resell it someday without taking a loss. But let me know if I missing something here.
