WTB: DirecTV satellite dish w/ LNB's and mounting equipment.

Never heard of it but this is close enough - 7 bucks a month extra for the receiver, I figure the 50 I give em' for this house is enough.

I've got a box from my other house that I'd just like to take over to this house and use - rather than pay for a whole new setup fee at the new house is all.

I thought they said when you move, you just need to take the box and remote control with you, and they'll set it up.

it should work fine. dishnetwork and direct tv both use the same dish. they are just pointing at different sats.[/quote
!!!! same dish but different LNB ......

Are you sure? I once pointed my dish to the wrong satellite and still was able to receive a 90% signal but no picture. I later found out I was pointing at the dishnetwork sat instead of directv.
