But dont plecos create more waste then other cleaners. I have peacock bass, and perch, and so forth.

Plecos will eat left over food, prevent it from rotting in your tank. They do poop a lot, but better to have poop than leftovers. Clown loaches are a good choice, but expensive when large.

Get whatever suits you. Green phantoms are nice. Remember, some plecos like to suck on fishes slime coat. Be careful choosing.....
