Anyone who can get some small, blue catfish, or flatheads. I've seen pics of albino blues in hatcheries and in aquariums, but I can't convince the hatcheries to sale single fish to me. Can anyone help? Would also like to find white catfish also, even thought I think they are brackish, but I'd make a nice brackish tank for it. lol. Dead serious about getting them. Never was interested in native catfish for my aquariums until my channel catfish started growing out of control. Also anyone that can get their hands on fish from Canada pm me.

whats there scientific name?

I can get you 14"+ flathead's out of my girlfriends pond if you want them. They are grayish/black. You'd have to pay for shipping and the case of beer that I'd drink will trying to catch you a nice one. I'd probably charge you some ewwy charges too because I hate touching these things, they feel like a wet pile of rubber and they croak at you when you get them out of the water. Easily the creepiest fish that I accidentally catch on a regular basis.

Blue catfish or fulton catfish (Ictalurus furcatus) the big one grows over 60"

Flathead Catfish (Polydictis olivaris) also huge

White Catfish (Amerius catus) up to 24" found in atlantic drainages.

White catfish are not brackish if we are talking about the same fish.
They are found in atlantic drainages, not sure if that means they are brackis, but I had heard they were lightly brackish, and they have been transplanted in california and nevada

That would be cool, but if you catch them quarantine them for a while to make sure they are healthy before we ship. I will pay for meds and try to help with any info on shipping. If you are able to catch them under 12" let me know. All my cats croak or "bark" at me lol, even my rtc, tsn, jau, and rtc x tsn hybrid.

lol, is it for sale? JK I got a big black bullhead already, and I will work on getting some yellows. Channels, blacks, yellows, and stone cats are no problem here it's just every other cat in the world. You still got any big cats zoo?

I have 2 or 3 Bagrus bajad (5-6") and about a dozen Ictalurus furcatus (3-4").

The B. bajad are $10/ea and the blue cats are $5/ea.

Very interested PM sent although I put bagarius instead of bagrus lol.
