We studded out the basement, insulated the walls and ceiling very well. Wrapped all the water pipes and furnace ductwork. The walls and ceiling are the $25 a 4 x 8 sheet fiberglass panels. It is very well insulated. All my tanks have lids so I have very minimal if any evap. I also purchased a $1200 Air Exchanger to keep humidy levels low.
