yea i have a 16 inch hybrid rtc that im trying to part with myself . i know my post says looking for one but if i were to get one it would have to be 20 inch or bigger

Just my 2 cents ... You're not going to be able to keep much with a 20" rtc ... Pacu are probably your best bet because of how fast they grow, and their size should deter the cat

Also just curious- what's the "orange catfish"??
