WTB or trade for gars in the Joliet area

There used to be a LFS in Plainfield that would have gars,they went out off business or moved about a year ago. I don't know what happend

Yeah I stopped in once or twice a few years ago...no I'm good on fish for now..I'm gunna be looking for some community fish for a 30gal for my 2yr old soon:)

He moved to naperville. He specializes in salt water he's by 95th and 59 right next to the pet plus supply. He's prices are way too high but as far as salt water goes he has an awesome verities. But I prefer Aquascape Chicago. He's In channahon. Toms a great guy

In the summer animal island in Midlothian(294 to Cicero south, about 2 miles down). I'd call them their stock is tailored more to hobbyists than the typical lfs. If you have the time I recommend just stopping in, well worth the trip.
 
Yea I have been there a couple times he always has gars. I'm just looking for some that are closer to me.

Thats where i bought my cichlids 5 years ago when I was getting started in larger tank. I used to work with the sister of the owner.
