I think the common name for a True Polypterus Bichir Bichir is a Nile Bichir.

If it is a true Bichir Bichir species you are looking for good luck. I'm pretty sure that will fetch a pretty high price tag, if you can find one. Check w/Toyin @ RehobothAquatics. If you want something that kinda looks like a Bichir Bichir get a Koliba (sp). I believe Toyin still has some. Very nice and out going and affordable.
