cant own it , enless you hide that fish for life and dont resale , , but who ever selling them can get trouble if wild life find out

Are you sure? When were they got banned?

Everything I have found states the fish is critically endangered and on the IUCN red list. Also from the looks of it they will not allow the export of the fish in any of the countries along the Mekong.
I think JoJo has some recent knowledge of these fish.
