Ok, I have a small silver Aro about 7-8 inches and just his left eye (drivers side) is dropped, the right eye is fine, is there a way to combat this from getting worse? I have heard ways to try to do it but that was with both eyes. Any ideas why just one would go south?

really isnt anything you can do

it does happen

sometime one goes down and the other stays

sometimes they both go down.

really cant tell whats going to happen.

i droped my water 20 percent put ping pong balls in the tank floting and but lillys in the tank and 4 4 monts feed crickits in the leaves this makes the fish look up and it got loads better its fine now but it took 6 months

sorry bro, but there just aint any tried and tested treatment or even an explanation for drop-eye. you can search the whole forum, even other forums but the fact is....there aint no definite and researched cure and even facts about drop-eye. so just try anything and who knows? maybe if it works, you'd be one of the lucky ones

I heard it was form too fatty of a diet, but mine eats krill, scallops and flake. I dunno its weird. I feel sorry for him. Maybe I will try a bobby pin.

Unfortunatley there is nothing we can do...

We just have to accept it...

There is no deffinate cure.

my little fry that just died had a black bulge in the bottom of his eye the day he died. It was like pressure inside his head blew it out. Weird.
