wtf?!! big ol'e goldfish?!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
This appears to be a real photo taken through a wide-angle lens. If you look at the water in front of the man, there is a lot of visible space. Also, the head of the fish appears to be turned toward the camera. The fish is basically being shoved into the foreground and made to look bigger than it is.

Goldfish do not have barbels. This would be a koi or some other golden carp.

wild carp are commonly found in the red/orange color. how do you think they began breeding koi for certain colors? from the colors found in wild carp! ive seen plenty wild carp in rivers that are this color

Can you balance a 30 pound fish practically just using your palm? Dudes barely gripping it. No imprint where his hands are holding it either

please google big carp and see how they deform when you hold them behind the belly.. also note the way they are able to be held..

I did at the time i posted that and it doesn't look deformed behind the belly...which was my entire point. oh well, we'll never know the answer so it doesn't really matter

The dude is holding it way out towards the camera, and it's actually a Koi. Goldfish don't have whiskers.
