Well I woke up this morning to find one of my parrots dead. Just weird. Kinda bummed out honestly. I'd only had her for about 6 months and in that time she was doing so good. I don't know how she was before, but she never showed any signs of being sick, stressed or anything. She had no cuts, scrapes or anything that would signify that she got beat up. But i know parrots can live short lives due to their genetics. But dang it. :(

sorry for your loss. since it is relatively new, could theoretically be internal parasites perhaps?

It could be a possibility, but I had treated the tank for parasites about 3 months ago. Maybe it didn't work. I have to pull out the stuff I used for them to find the name.

Thanks everyone for the nice words. They actually made me feel better. I came into work late due to this. (only one minute late literally) but my boss said, " you care to much about your fish. That thing would be in a net, in the trash."
I said "she was in a net, and she went in the trash, but I realized I needed to post a picture of her on my forum.... so I pulled her out and took a picture." I loved the look on her face :grinno:

Her mate seems a little lost now tho. :(

I wouldn't have said anything if I was only one minute late, your boss sounds like a D***, not because of the fish but because he even care you where 1 minute late. Sorry for the loss.
