Yeah she was a transexual woman who wanted to be a man but retained her uterus and vagina. It really is a complicated issue but I agree this is not that amazing as far as having a baby. I believe one reason is that her partner cannot have kids, but having no surgery down there it seems he definitely intended for kids in the future.
