Should I quarantine the fish or treat the entire tank? No other fish seem to be affected. Also worth noting that we survived an ich outbreak a few weeks ago with no casualties with the heat and salt treatment.

Might as well treat the whole tank as other fish might be harboring a pathogen that is waiting to make itself known.Which size is the tank and how big is that megalodoras?

agreed treat the hole tank,. again will not hurt your bio filter, its safe and sane.

is it just the one fish that seem infected? Just the one area? other fish acting off?
If the rest of the tank is fine I would do the hospital tank and either do a water antibiotic or a topical

Rest of the fish seem ok. I'm going the hospital tank route unless conditions change in the 75.
