I went to walmart to get cat and dogfood, and we happened to see the fish there. I'm sorry I did. The fish had the WORST ich i have ever, EVER seen in my life. It was terrible. they had a Black moor that was WHITE. Literally. I was pissed so i asked an employee if the fish were being treated (this was at least 10 tanks infected, not one) and she looked at me like i asked her to fork over $1000. That made my blood boil even more, so i came home and wrote walmart an email explaining the situation. They never responded. Who can i tell this about that will ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING? Why do they even sell a product that they cant support? :swear: :swear: :swear: :swear: (I'm PISSED)

i think he is trying to say is that as a hobbyist, you see fish that are being poorly cared for, but the employees who dont have any interest in the fish see it as a job duty that they dont want to do and hold no understanding of the water quality or health of the fish. they are indifferent to the situation.

I sure would!

If it was just one tank of fish on one occasion, I wouldnt bother, anyone can have some bad luck with fish health. But if this shop is selling many fish without the knoweldge or desire to ensure they are well looked after in the process and arent doing anything to rectify the situation - then they need an authority to step in and 'educate' them. :nono: :swear:
