WTF is comming out of my fish!

I have a 3 to 4 inch FH that has been acting strange lately! He was eating like a pig up until a week ago and I thought he was just scared of the Jardini in his tank. He quit eating for about a week. He would take a bite or 2 every other day...maybe... Then I come home today to find a larger then pea size reddish thing comming out of its browneye. Could my fish have just been constipated? I thought it was his guts comming out but now an hour later the fish looks, eats and swims normal! Any1 ever have this concern?
 
I think it is his guts hanging out or at least his inny is now an outy sometimes? Why does it go in and out? I'm gonna go check and see if its still out.


Do you see the big wad of pink under the fish? Yeah... Thats atached. Somebody tell me I can fix this...

My flowerhorn stopped eating and got this and i Just got rid of these in my flowerhorn, has he pooped out the pink sac yet? Mine did and about 3 days later another came, then pooped it out, then couple days later got a new one, then pooped it out. Didnt add anything but lil extra salt. He's fine after several days of good eats.
 
I will just add to Guppys advice, take a single grain of epson salt and put it in a pee and feed it to your FH and it will help clean out his system...
