Had one just like that, he went from tank to tank till I finally decided i was tired of his bully boy nature. The next morning he was not himself after spending all night in my 300g, he was actually a shell of his former self.

Its an Estherae... male... they can either have hints of blue or completely blue out and look like a callainos
Looks like an albino Maylandia (Malawi). Albinos tend to look alike so I'm not sure about the species.
