It gets annoying if you let it annoy you. If you've been here for a long while, you see lots of threads. And ppl who post those threads are only curious about it, maybe because they are new to cichlids, they like aggressive fishes(cichlids!) and want to know what's the top fish for them. When I got into cichlids, didn't know all kinds of cichlids yet, I was also wondering the same thing and did made a thread to ask that too.

Take it easy on new members or new cichlid kepers.. Just don't bother in the thread if you find it annoying.. But i do agree 15 threads is alot on one page.

i cant stand the which is most aggressive fish ones either, or the ones of a tough fish for this tank or whats the meanest fish for this tank or blah blah blah, i really hate people that base their fish buying on how aggressive or mean there fish is, let me guess so they can have the fish in a tiny tank and call over thre buddies and feed them some live thing they porbably shouldnt even be eating just to show off how "mean" it is. i cant stand people like that.

How many "Help me stock my tank" threads are there? :)

in a way stocking suggestion threads are different to me becuase everyone has to start somewhere and they are open to any suggestions. the ones that bother me are that they get cichlids and want to know whats the most aggressive cichlid they can get because they want the bad*** fish. they could care less ho big it gets, what color it is, nothing, all they want is to be able to toss some feeders watch it tear them up cause its "cool"

Exactly! At least these people are doing some research...

agreed on all points above.
stocking questions are legitimate because you are trying to create a community that hopefully will work. there's a balance between what you can get that is reasonable and overstocking it.

meanest fish threads are for people who seem only to be interested in glass bangers, feeder fish terrorizers etc. :irked:

as long as it's a 'cool' fish that has a nasty persona it fits the criteria.

Personally, I'd rather have fish that are non-aggressive towards each other and consider it an accomplishment when I find nomally aggressive tankmates that get along with minimal violence.

So which most aggressive cichlid and which one should i get???:ROFL::ROFL:.....just of one time sake!!!:chillpill::popcorn:;):D

To me the most annoying threads are the "Can this go with that in this size tank?" , and when everyone says NO the op continues to argue with everyone. If you've already made up your mind, then don't ask the question.
