Does it have a clean title? Maybe it's previous owner caused some trouble with it.

I hope not though, it's a beautiful car.
 
Maybe someone that works for a pulication, like a local paper, that needed a picture of a gas guzzler to add to his article about soaring gas prices. Just a guess.

That's what I was thinking. Also some cars you can get ticketed by city/borough for out of date tags, etc.

That's a possiblity. The whole thing is kinda shady though. Or someone really liked it and just happened to have paperwork in his hand when he took a pic to show his camaro buddys online. Only other thing I could think of is possibly if it's insured the insurance company was coming out to make sure it was all legit and keep a picture to back up it's value.

Either way just keep it locked up nice and tight in case it was a thief. But that car is pretty awesome. Def. not an eyesore. :)
 
Thanks yea im thinking about finding somewere to keep it untill I find out what is going on because this is making me nervous I have too much teid up in this car to have something happen to it :(
 
Hmm, I wouldn't like it either if someone was casing my ride or bike...like said is it payed for? Is it registered? I can't seem to think of anything else to ask...if he had wanted to buy it certainly he would have expressed interest with someone at your household. I'd keep my eye out though...never know...crazy world these days. I see hood pins, anything worth while under there?:D
