The water needs to be fairly Acidic, They dont mind lights as long as there is plenty of hiding space for them. These are Nocturnal Fishes..And they will eat anything and once cozy they will greet you if they feel safe. I usually put Peat Moss in a filter bag or you can get new piece of driftwood or Almond leaves. They like blackwater! So Tannins will really get them to swim out an about. These are very Hardy Fish!I've been wanting one/some for a while and lately been thinking of getting a group. I'll do my homework as I don't know much about them.
Bump for what seems to be cool Cats.
They will love you if you have a planted tank with them in it. That was the end goal, Due to some mishaps I have to sell these and free up some funds. Lol I would like it if we can set up a buy back policy for when I can get them back haha
Thanks for the Bump. These can be a great learning curve if your up for the challenge!
I got these at $200per..As I was highly motivated to keep these for life lol. Give me an offer..But dont go crazy low-What would you like to receive if you were selling. I would consider low-ballers if something was wrong with them but they are Beasts so yea very healthy. How much? What do you want in trade?
Send me a PM with what you have for trade or offers. I really am liking the Exodons..but a self sustained planted tank is what I want to do with less precious fishes. I like them alot and dont want to risk experimenting with them with my new interest of tearing down the tank to make changes.
