WWII in HD on History Channel

When I was in high school I had a history teacher show us footage of WWII and footage of the concentration camps.
They say that learn from history or it is doomed to repeat itself. Sadly history has repeated itself in areas such as Darfur.

Man, it was so sad seeing all the Japanese civilians on Saipan committing suicide because of the propaganda of the Japanese troops. Seeing the little children dead on the beach tore me up.
To me, this is proof that the use of the nukes in Japan was needed. Their culture was prepared to die for their emperor and the war would have gone on much longer with many many more casualties.
