WWYD w/ a new 125 gal?

What Would You Do w/ a 125 gal? Let me know what you would stock a 125 with. Several smaller fish that max-out @ about 6" or a breeding pair of ??? or ???

ps. I don't want a single specimen tank.
pss. I'm already ordering fish from Rapps and would like to add to the order. The ones I am ordering are NOT going in the 125.

Planted? Bare? Rocky?

If I could do my 125 over again I'd keep it heavily planted, but with a few pike cichlids and a couple other cool preds (tiger dat or something like that).

i would have a under 6"ish community. like acouple of sajicas, thorichthys, Archocentrus, smaller aequidens and severums-i know bigger than 6" but there peaceful
and redline torpedo barbs as dithers stunning tank if you did it

I'd do a biotope setup based around Severums.

2 Green Severums
4 Acarichthys Heckelii / 4 Geophagus proximus / 4 Satanoperca jurupari
6-10 Corydoras Panda
12-18 Bleeding Heart Tetra

Maybe a trio of either Apistogramma agassizii or Apistogramma cacatuoides.

Thanks for the replies. Pikes have definitely crossed my mind. I mostly have eartheaters(for breeding) but I really want something new(to me) and that will make a "Nice tank".

Feel free to post pics with your suggestions, especially CA cichlids. I'm a noob when it comes to CAs cause I generally keep SAs.

Sounds nice japes! Long term, I think the Heckelii or the severums would have to go. I've got some Apisto Cac. They're fun to watch.

I think they'd be alright, the 3 Geo species were one or the other, and not all together of course

If I could redo my 140, I'd just have a Dovii
