i just put my new female marble in the 700 today. did a big water cahnge and the temp went from 80 to 77 after the water change. came home and the male was really really trying to get at her. i wonder if he got her?!?! now there are 2 females he is working on!

that white stuff is what happens when an idiot (me) forgets to unplug an uncovered heater. i had forgotten to unplug an ebo jagr heater in her QT tank... it will heal over. just takes a couple of months.

Ah, thought they appeared to be heater burns, but didn't want to make an assumption.
