you can ship Cubans overseas...how do you think we're able to get them in the US given the trade embargoes with Cuba? it does take some doing to get them, but it's possible.

congrats erm on making progress towards getting the other gars. i remember going through a lot of that stuff myself. i know it's possible to get Cubans in spain as a friend through the forums did it sometime back, so there's probably a good chance you can get them in the UK. tropicals are generally available from mexico given your importer can take on a large enough order (which often has to do with demand...i believe the minimum order is around 300 fish...we were able to work out a deal given my-richard-and some others' involvement in a previous order; but 300 is the standard they will send out).

xander, i suggest you work on gaining experience with the fish you have, and effectively keeping them before adding more to that tank!--
