Does it mean 'Blacks' as in black people?

I researched it a little more and I do believe that is exactly what THAT definition is relating to.

The 2nd definition is as follows:

xanthism [zan′thizəm] a genetic pigment anomaly characterized by yellow or yellowish-red hair, coppered skin, and reddish-brown irises.

In humans, it must occur way less in white populations for the primary definition to be what it is.

Odd, because I cant think of any people Ive ever seen with it. I thought possibly Yellow Man, but he had albinism.
