I think the "Purple Eye" is another Xanthic Silver Aro, if this is the picture you were talking about.

its for sure not yellow from food..... because its almost an albino before the tinge of color, almost like a negitive picture.
Almost all types of animals have degrees of diffrent variations like turtles...
common red ear now you have pastels, xanthick,albinos,lecustics ect Its just a matter of time and selective breeding till they find some of every type of fish
