Did anyone see the announcement for the new generation xbox coming out this year? For people who did, what did you think?

I saw some of it and i think its pretty cool but i don't think id spend my money on it

I think that Microsoft is aiming for HDMI port 1 and not working towards being the go to system for Harcore Gamers (Besides PC). I hope they have some more stuff to throw in at E3 otherwise I am going to switch to Playstation which is sad cause I have been with Xbox only since the 360 came out 
Also they are working way to hard on non gaming things which is annoying. (I am new to being a fish nerd, I have always been a gaming nerd)

Same here, I started with the first Xbox when it came out and I've only ever use xbox. I don't think it looked too bad but I'd have to agree that they are focusing way to much on making it a full entertainment system with TV and blu-ray and Internet then just making it a full gaming system meant solely for gaming which is exactly what it should be. I'm not to sure yet but we'll see when it comes out. I do have to say that the new call of duty looks badass IMO.

Yeah, they had changed the design on the controller but not too much and they said they focused mainly on making it a hardcore gamer controller which I hope is true. I think you can still see the announcement on spike.com, they talk all about it along with some new games.

I am a huge Xbox360 fan.
and after watching the Xbox One revealing....
Im leaning towards the ps4. I buy a console 100% for the fact that i like to play games. Im not buying it to watch tv, or skype, browse the internet, look at football stats? really??? I can already do those things. What happened to the games? Isnt that what it is all about? The whole reason for a new GAMING console. And it doesnt even look sleek or anything. It looks big and clunky. An oversized VCR. I am so confused. They better show a lot of games at E3, because ps4 is winning for me.
