Tank size: 75G/Individual
Country of origin: India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines
Diet: Live and frozen foods
Temperament: Relatively peaceful, though predatory

Description

Ending 2021 is Allenbatrachus grunniens. Allenbatrachus grunniens is one of the numerous toadfish known to enter brackish and freshwater environments. Can be maintained in freshwater for an extended period of time, though is very likely to perish. Contrary to popular belief, this fish is not venomous, and is therefore, in most cases, non-lethal. Still capable of piercing skin.
Hi, what about salinity for Moringua raitaborua....I think this: "Can be maintained in freshwater for an extended period of time, though is very likely to perish" can be also for Moringua the same....

Targetfish
Terapon jarbua

Size: 1’
pH: 7.5-8.0
Tank size: 180G/1 small group
Country of origin: Countries throughout the Indo-Pacific
Diet: Most live, frozen, and prepared foods of an appropriate size will suffice
Temperament: Robust and nippy, though may tolerate large, fast fish
Temperature: 75-80° F
sg: 1.005-1.025

Description

Kicking off 2022 is Terapon jarbua, a large, schooling fish known to thrive in salinities from full-strength seawater to nearly freshwater. Though I would recommend a salinity of at least 1.005 specific gravity, some sources claim that they are able to thrive in salinities as low as 1.002. Like many brackish fish, they occur in full freshwater somewhat regularly.
