Ken the first 2 shots were 2 wks ago the second 2 shot's Orinos had to be moved back when the first two pics were taken.

Based on my limited experience with the bahias, I'm sticking with pellets only. I see a big difference between our xingus based on different methods. Unless Wes's xingus are from someone else. I wonder?
Nah all from the same mom and dad. Just different methods in rasing our lil one's. This is one of the main reasons it's good to share here on MFK. No way is the wrong way but as you can see from looks and growth we all get different results. Plus this is a testement to your excellet Cichla keeping skills. Great job really and thank you for the updates.

OOOOOOH! Very interesting thread. I've always been big on pellets and no live but i've seen some stunning results from feeders with fish purchased from the same vendor. In those cases, the fish could've came from different parents but in this case, we're 100% sure they're from the same parents sooo this should be really informative.
