These things are lame unless kept by someone who knows what they are doing already. I can't imagine majority of these fish get to full size or lifespan without someone getting bored of them or neglecting them once the novelty wears off.

it's not exactly the "kit", but you can always order killifish eggs from aquabid. i think it's even a better deal and you can select your species.

The kit never worked. I even tried two hatchings: the first in a cup and the second in an established, planted bowl.

I think I'm going to order some eggs from aquabid as consolation. I'll probably go with rachovii!
