xp3 $74.99

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
ok so what about which one, if I want to use it on my 30 GAL and i already have the Eclipse 3 filteration, and I want to upgrade to a 55 probably in like 5 months, do you think the XP2 wil lbe fine? that will come to about 70 shipped. But the XP3 is only gonna be about 10$ more with tax so that is smarter, will the water current be too much with an XP3?

If you're going to upgrade to a 55g, I would just get the XP3 now. With the spray bar, plus added bio media of your choice, your flow rate will drop, so it's not going to be as turbulent as you're thinking.

If it is too strong however, the filter comes with a flow adjuster that you decide if you want to attach to your outflow or not. Using the spray bar instead of the jet will also help disperse the outflow strength.

It does.

You will need $84 after tax though ($83 and change...can't remember the exact ammount).

u sure? 75$ x 0.825 should be ~ 6$ so 81?

I'm positive. Look through the earlier posts, and you will see someone else also mentioned "$83 out the door" albeit they forgot to mention $83 and change.

I can scan my receipt and post it if you need solid proof. I bought mine last week.

Hmm, I gotta check my receipt when I get home. I donated $1 to their petsmart rescue thing, but my total was $84 and change.

I hope I didn't get nicked 40 nickels! :irked: :grinno:

Help me out guys. My wife has a 125g with 6 ~4-5" fancy goldfish. Which do I need xp3 or xp4? How many gallons are they rated for?
Thanks
