im leaning to 2 xp3s in the 120 since i maybe get getting more fish
also does it ahve a spraybar or a jet? if it has a jet will it be able to push the water around like a power head?
the 120 is 4 by 2, nice wide tank
 
Cmes with both a spraybar and a jet. Great filter but with a big load will clog up easy. Easy to clean and quiet.
 
i believe it was from big als that it was listed as 91 or 92 but i bought it a my local petsmart with the price match. The aquaclear biorings work perfect I had them in an AC110 on my old 55 i just pulled the old ones and added one more pack to the rena no problems at all. I have discus in the tank right now only 3 so its not a huge load on the rena but its done an amaizing job. my only complaint is that im having a hell of a time with brown hair algae right now. If you look around you can pry pick up a rena with shipping for a little over a hundred but ive seen em for as low as 70 before

I bought an XP3 this morning at petsmart, using the online pricematch, and the $30 off coupon.

The store manager said they would only pricematch petsmart.com, and I think he's right mostly, because on the receipt, it says: "Price match petsmart.com $104.00"

Doesn't hurt to ask at your local petsmart though, if they'll match bigalsonline... heck, take a print out of bigals and petsmart.com and try big als first, if not you've got the back up.

I walked out of there with an XP3 for $84 ($83 plus I donated $1 to their animal recue thing).

The employees and store manager were amazed that I saved over $100 off the in-store price lol :D :headbang2

Tomorrow morning, I'm going to go to a different petsmart, and hope they have XP3's in stock so I can pick up another one! Plus I'll be picking up some bio stars and extra foam pads to fill in the gaps.

Petsmart policy is to only pricematch prices on Petsmart.com, but some stores will pricematch other online stores (BigAls, Drs.FosterSmith).
