unfortunately she died about a week or so ago. was really looking forward to seeing her grow too. dont know why she died. she was eating and had a full stomach and the other occupants where ok.
maybe an extra water change. maybe a different filter. i have no idea.
the eel is still alive although ive not seen it eat anything yet. i put some worms and prawns in now and again before lights out as he wont touch anything during the day or even if there is a dim light so i dont get to see if he eats or not. was a shy eater before the accident.
hopefully i will have better luck with the next litter and with a little luck the eel will eat soon and pull through.
i will post some pics of super eel when im more confident hes eating. wounds seem to be healing though.
