Yaks and Bison

There is a guy who keeps a herd of bison and a herd of elk not 5 minutes from my house. I think it's the same as keeping horses as far as regulations go

Technically bison are wild, game & exotic animals and they do not have same regulations as our domestic animals (horses, cattle, pigs etc).
