Yellow Peacock - Which would you choose?

Hi all, I've been lurking for a while and I just finally got an account started. I have a question.

If you were stocking a yellow peacock, which would you choose? A Lemon Jake or a Sunshine?
I have seen several people say now that the Sunshine Peacocks can be right bastards, whichever part of the lake they are from.
For Lemon Jakes - some people same they are pretty aggressive. Some people have said they are peaceful. I know every fish can be different, bu what are your experiences?

The tank I am planning to stock is 160 gallon, but it is tall. It has a 130 gallon foot print - 5' x 2' x 2.5'

I like the Aulonocara stuartgranti Maleri Maleri Island. In general, the stuartgranti peacocks are more peaceful and the jacobfreibergi peacocks like Lemon Jake are larger and more aggressive.

Lemon Jake has a lot of blue along with the yellow.

Think about what other haps and peacocks you are going to stock so you choose fish that will be happier with other more aggressive fish if you choose the Jake.

I personally like lemon jake look more then sunshine.
Why dont you keep them both? I am not an expert but I think in your size of tank it shouldn’t be a problem.
When it comes to aggressiveness I’ve never kept lemon jake but I have eureka jake, and my isn’t aggressive at all, its one of my subdominant fishes and struggle to exceed more then 5in.
I’ve also kept sunshine and he was very aggressive towards red rubin peacock, as far as I know they are close relatives.

I have had trouble keeping Maleri with Neon and the Neon is similar colors to the Jake. For me the Neon did not color.

I like the sunshine better personally, but in that size tank why not try both? I’ve had both in a 60 without a problem. Just keep your stocking level up and have some rocks to break the line of sight.
