Look like it to me, though I believe there are three different species that go by that common name. Idk how true that is though.

Yup yellow cudas!

One died but I got 50% store credit to get another. They said my pH was too high but I dont think that was the problem since the other one is doing fine as are all my other fish. I read these fish can take up to 7.5 pH. Anyway Im gunna get pH down to 7.0 , but I think what really happened was he ran himself into a wall cause his face looked a little bloody when I had him in the bag. Also is it a big deal that my water is a little green? I have the tank on the patio and it just grows some algae I dont see the big deal other than cosmetics. (does algea/green water add or reduce oxygen?)

Cudas are sensitive. So travel and tank acclimation are important. Likely it's not ur ph but the water from ur lfs and ur tank water not matching up. That alone will stress them. If u get another try again with a slow drip/drop method with ur lights off.

The algae should increase ur oxygen but can increase ur pH. Wc's and some shade over the tank will help that.

yea I have a outdoor curtain that blocks more light that I put down, and I did the drip drop method both times. One of them is very calm the other was more jumpy (one that died) LIke i said I did get another (so far seems calmer than the last) 50% off and it cost 27$ (13$ half off) for one lizerdking. ANother thing to add, they had gotten these fish in on wednsday I picked 2 up on thursday one of which died.
