Yellow tail barracuda?

Thy are very skittish if you haven't noticed. My guess is it ran into the glass and died if it had a bloody face. That's how I lost my 9" yellowtail.

You're prolly right.

Just an suggestion to reduce stress. Keep 4 or more as they do well on groups.

yea thats y I got 2 the one original isnt skittish and the new one i got today isnt either infact i got to see him eat a minnow so far so good

One died but I got 50% store credit to get another. They said my pH was too high but I dont think that was the problem since the other one is doing fine as are all my other fish. I read these fish can take up to 7.5 pH. Anyway Im gunna get pH down to 7.0 , but I think what really happened was he ran himself into a wall cause his face looked a little bloody when I had him in the bag. Also is it a big deal that my water is a little green? I have the tank on the patio and it just grows some algae I dont see the big deal other than cosmetics. (does algea/green water add or reduce oxygen?)
