'Yepezi' Stingray

No, the true P. Hystrix ome out of Brazil. Sometimes, Peruvian Exporters and Importers alike will call the Yepezi or the very similiar Pervuian Motoro variant a 'Histrix', also known as the Peruvian Histrix. Many of the farmers only know certain fish by common names, often times out-dated.
Have to admit to liking them too, we bought these unsure as to what they were but they have grown out beautifully.

A bit of a hijack, but any idea what this one is? She came in a "rare stingray" in a recent Peru shipment. I couldn't resist.
